Can't do without it!
I just got back from a 10 day train trip where I really put the GoRack though it's paces in luggage mode. I couldn't be happier with it. I have had it on the bike for about 10 months but on this trip it really shined; train platforms, subway, escalators, etc. I can't think of an issue or improvement. I would recommend GoRack to anyone who finds roller wheels finicky... this is THE solution.
